This web site is full of short courses across all fields of interest, available across Victoria. Short Courses Victoria will let you search for courses within the community services and welfare category. It will tell you very little about the course, but it will give you the contact details necessary to find out more.

 

There are a number of resources produced or supported by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that can assist in identifying courses. To help identify courses with specific skill or employment outcomes, such as qualifications available from TAFEs, registered training organisations or universities, you can access any of the following resources:

OZJAC

This national product provides detailed information about accredited higher education and TAFE courses. Available on CD ROM, it is produced twice a year and is available by subscription. Subscription available via the website.

TAFE Courses Directory

This directory is now accessible on the web and has a Course Finder facility. It provides detailed information about accredited TAFE courses and providers in Victoria.
