RCLDS Training Courses

Residential Care Leading & Development Strategy (RCLDS) fully funded training can be customised and delivered to your organisation’s residential care workers in your region. To discuss your organisation’s needs, contact the RCLDS Project Officer, Steven Smith,  at the Centre on 9614 1577 or rclds@cwav.asn.au.  Registrations close two weeks before the course unless otherwise advised.

Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal
If you are unable to attend a course for any reason please notify us. Participants may transfer from one course to another if vacancies exist. An eligible resi worker may attend a course in place of a participant who cannot attend if the Centre is informed prior to the course commencement and the substitution is confirmed. The substitution must be for the whole course.

Cancellation
If for any reason the course is cancelled the Centre will notify participants as soon as possible, using the contact information you have supplied. All attempts will be made to re-schedule the course or register participants in other occurrences of the course.
